After over a month of dealing with a terrible different vendor for an AC issue that seemingly no one knew how to fix, my property management company finally called Tassio. Technician Ronald came to my home the next day. Communication with Tassio was great; they let me know a short window of when he would arrive (11:30-1, unlike the unhelpful 8-5 of other companies) and when he was on his way. They even sent a photo of him so I knew I was talking to the right guy. Ronald’s customer service is fantastic. He is clearly competent and just a downright cool dude. Though I am a rental tenant (not an owner or property manager) and he couldn’t give me all the details of the inspection, he was transparent about his next steps and the likely outcomes as he relayed information to the property management company. Ronald, the technician, was phenomenal. His professionalism, demeanor and skill are second to none. From the moment I opened the door he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the service call. He explained exactly what he was going to do and proceeded to do so with great skill. Had a great experience throughout our equipment replacement process, from quoting to installation, everyone was fantastic. Open and honest communication. I could tell everyone who worked on my house took pride in their work and we are super pleased with the outcome. Huge thank you to Danny, Chava, and Damian with Tassio for an extraordinary job replacing a brand new HVAC system at my mom's house! ​A major home project like this can easily feel overwhelming, especially for a parent, but they made the process completely seamless. They were punctual, highly skilled, and treated my mom's home with total care and respect. They kept the workspace spotless, walked through how the new system operates clearly and patiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before wrapping up. 8/11/2026: Ronnie came out to complete normal maintenance and look at the system, and once again he was Great!  Ronnie was timely, thorough, communicative, professional, and completed everything as requested.  The system is amazing!  Thank you Ronnie! 5/21/25 Update: we were a bit frustrated due to a recurring issue, but Tassio and Ronnie were great!  They responded within a couple of hours, and Ronnie was very thorough, friendly, and professional!  He was determined to fix the issue and ensure it didn’t happen again.  We’ve used our Air multiple times since and we are happy.  Thank you! Thomas was very friendly, prompt, professional, and provided the maintenance checks we needed! After 2 previous estimates with other local HVAC companies in the area, I went with Tassio. They took the time to sit down and explain everything with such detail. The offered superior equipment and I confidently knew I was good hands. The crew was amazing, so thoughtful and worked tireslessly. I would suggest them over well known companies in this area, who over charge and offer inferior , cheaper equipment.
