After over a month of dealing with a terrible different vendor for an AC issue that seemingly no one knew how to fix, my property management company finally called Tassio. Technician Ronald came to my home the next day. Communication with Tassio was great; they let me know a short window of when he would arrive (11:30-1, unlike the unhelpful 8-5 of other companies) and when he was on his way. They even sent a photo of him so I knew I was talking to the right guy. Ronald’s customer service is fantastic. He is clearly competent and just a downright cool dude. Though I am a rental tenant (not an owner or property manager) and he couldn’t give me all the details of the inspection, he was transparent about his next steps and the likely outcomes as he relayed information to the property management company. I really appreciated that. Hope to see him again or another great Tassio tech to fix my HVAC system soon!

Ronnie was timely, thorough, communicative, professional, and completed everything as requested.  The system is amazing!  Thank you Ronnie! 5/21/25 Update: we were a bit frustrated due to a recurring issue, but Tassio and Ronnie were great!  They responded within a couple of hours, and Ronnie was very thorough, friendly, and professional!  He was determined to fix the issue and ensure it didn’t happen again.  We’ve used our Air multiple times since and we are happy.  Thank you! Thomas was very friendly, prompt, professional, and provided the maintenance checks we needed!
